Pavel Lusnikov

My obsession with how the world works began at age seven. Back then, my “research” involved taking apart my father’s musical equipment and my mother’s kitchen tools to understand their inner mechanics.

That childhood curiosity turned into a lifelong career. After graduating as a Civil Engineer in Ukraine in 1999 and earning a second degree in Financial Project Management in 2001, I dedicated myself to mastering building technologies. In 2006, I founded Industrial and Civil Construction, a firm built on structural integrity and precision.

In 2017, I brought my expertise to Auburn, Washington. After years of immersion in U.S. construction standards and completing over 85 projects across the Pacific Northwest, I have refined my focus. Today, I specialize in ADUs, DADUs, and high-end Deck construction. My goal is simple: to use my engineering background to help homeowners maximize their property value through smart, high-quality improvements.

Pavel Lusnikov

Pavel graduated from Ukrainian University with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering in 2000. At the end of the five-year period, he worked in a construction company in Ukraine. Having established his own construction company in 2004 as a general contractor, he began to remodel small projects, which, thanks to his constant desire for research and development, as well as his constant desire to share knowledge with the industry through his blog, quickly became a leader in this industry. He arrived in the USA in 2017 with valuable experience of growth and development in the construction business. Until 2018, he participated in post-frame construction projects in Washington State. In early 2018, he founded his own company, Industrial and Civil Engineering, to realize the wildest dreams of citizens about building their own homes.

Eugen graduated from Ukraniane College of Art with a Diploma in Architecture (RIBA Part 2) in 2000. Following a five year period working at Richard Murphy Architects as a project architect he established Thomas Muller Visualisation which, through his constant thrust for research and development and perpetual willingness to share knowledge with the industry through his blogging, rapidly became a world leader in architectural visualisation
